How to Order

Once you have check the "Availability" of the item(s) and picked out the item(s),

1. Email the following particulars to ancoraprofi@gmail.com

d) Email

e) Preferred Payment Method: ATM (receipt photo required) / ibanking transfer

2. A payment invoice will be sent to your email once your order has been confirmed and ready for delivery.

3. Payment has to be made within 24hours upon receiving the payment invoice and proof of payment made has to send to oceanostech@gmail.com

4. Delivery (private courier/Singpost) will be arranged within the next 24hours upon receiving your proof of payment. Should the public holiday falls on next working day, the delivery schedule will be rescheduled to the working day after the public holiday.

Payment Method

Only payment made via POSB's ATM/ibanking transfer is allowed at the moment and OceanosTECH Digital will look into other payment methods in the future for your convenience.

For ATM payment, please attach a snapshot of your transaction receipt and email it back to us at oceanostech@gmail.com

For ibanking transfer, please transfer to the following bank and send us your transaction details.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges shall be given by OceanosTECH Digital should the purchased item is reported within 7 days from the date of purchase for manufacturer's defect in materials & workmanship.

This term does not apply to damages by mishandling, misuse, abuse, inexpert repair, unsuitable storage, normal wear or use under harsh and tough conditions. This term does not cover packaging, traveling cost, materials, direct or indirect loss of expected income and cost that maybe a result of malfunction of this product.

Should you place a wrong order, return & exchange is subjected to OceanosTECH Digital's discretion and additional postage fee may be impose for the return and exchange on a case to case basis.
